    i know right! thank god we have 12 million in the bank.... can you imagine having to cap raise again and again and again everytime the EPA change the rules.
    lesson for me here as an investor though, if a company goes into the permitting phase with less then 5 million in the bank then youre best to wait for the cap raise.
