Something is not quite right here, I'm going to agree with a @carnabombers post and give him an upvote.... I feel dirty .
Caveat: I do think that Bruce answered most of the questions. Basically EPA is giving VRX the run-around. VRX cannot communicate confidential information and they don't want to communicate for the sake of communications (case in point "we had a meeting with EPS"). We are in an EPA holding pattern pure and simple and the company is doing what they can to keep things progressing in the meantime is my take away from the presentation. That being said, I agree that regular comms would no go astray.
