You never know but I beleive the chances of us receiving any info in the next three weeks to be less than minimal based on past history and their disclosure mid September. Can't remember if it was discussed or disclosed but a decision on the licenses may not be given til after they expire. A JV may take months (and certainly longer than the 4 weeks its been) to finalise based on due diligence.
