yes - and both of those companies have raised a lot through Euroz... also to note is that Eurox placed shares at 3c at the beginning of LSA when it rose from the ashed of SPP.
after the listing LSA will only hold 28% for an investment of $4.5M?? previous 3m plus the 1.5m in the listing at 20c. EVen if they share price goes to 40c - so what??
this will no doubt get diluted in the future through placements etc
i think SP would have better reaction to projects that they own directly - unfortunately they seem to have a post GFC strategy of investing in other companies.
