I just another horrible thought. What if the SEC said they cannot list for 3 months after the Private Placement! SEC rules are complicated and designed to protect investors. That would certainly explain a lot. I am happy if ABR can put out an actual date that proves me wrong. Or we will just have to wait and see. If the IPO is towards the end of Feb then we know what happened.
