This is seriously undervalued imo and is one for the "believers". Given the unpopular nature of its business - fossil fuel and frac - it's not hard to understand why it's share price doesn't move higher on good news but that's to the advantage for us "believers" as we can accumulate more at this price.
EEG is imo reducing the risk it it has to commercialise its potential with each of these announcements and eventually a bow wave will hit the share price.
Within two years they will likely be producing and earning revenue. When that happens the share price will take care of itself.
