I can't see JT being booted, he isn't up for re-election at this AGM and i just can not see there being enough numbers to call an EGM specifically to vote him out. For all his faults JT really has taken up some of the slack so to speak lately and do abit more to earn his dollars. The news flow from CQT is much better than it has been in the past and we are very close to getting the DFS and getting this project off the ground. The only party i can think of that would really like JT out of the picture is GFA, who have abit of a history of screwing him over personally (the OPES saga) as well as recently trying to screw the whole company over by trying to get more from the JV for doing less.
As for the short term bottom sure it might slip under 61, people may very well be selling out shares that they own now with the hope of getting more in the SPP, which is a risky stratergy as its very likely to be oversubscribed.
