On the balance of probabilties, thats my most likely forecast too. And as @levendful mentions the baltic dry index is showing shipping costs have dropped a lot recently, hopefully drop a little bit more. The last variable is the discount for 57%Fe that needs to come down, but simple logic would say that as IO demand rises again the discount will naturally reduce.
