I think you have to look at the company history.... delivered nothing over all these years... Just huge promises which all failed, CR's and many billions of shares issued..... What year were they expecting to recommence graphite mining.? By the time they get these projects up and running and profitable, Hydrogen or some other energy source will have finished the battery mkt. IMO. Batteries are an environmental disaster.
