Wells is paid a package of $257,719 pa and Tomich, exploration manager, is paid a package of $171,229. These are the people in charge of field operations. Given that things like geophysical surveys, open pit modelling, drilling etc are generally put out to specialists and contractors, what does Wells and Tomich do to justify their salaries, because they surely don't publish this Company reports. What ever it is, it does not appear to be generating shareholder wealth which is what they are paid for.

I don't know about the rest of my fellow shareholders but I am fed up with the lethergy and iactivity of the managment and directors of TMX. I don't mind losing money from negative drilling results but I object to losing money from inaction and paying low achievers. I will write in this vein to the directors with the suggestion that they reduce the BOD to four, two non exec, two exec, KW to become techncial director and a mover and shaker be appointed CEO. Drilling of the Aztec Dome to start forthwith not sometime in the never never.
