Non-committal was probably not the correct expression - what I meant was I did not get definitive clarity from what was said as to whether the bonds would convert or not. I agree they will most likely convert. I did submit a question during the AGM asking whether there was an intent or ability to repay the bonds or not. It will be interesting to see how they answer that as I understand they are required to document responses to questions asked at the AGM.
