Do yourself a favour; take a look at the documents released by pfizer within the past 48hrs, the ones that a judge ordered to be released, denying the FDA request for them to be sealed for 55 years. The first batch was ordered to be released.
Seriously. Official documents. Come back and tell me how many died ... then extrapolate that out to entire populations.
