    I see much more potential in the HPA coating than the HPA plant, If the CAPEX is only US$40-50 mil with US$200-300mil revenue, ATC would be better off developing this project first then raising the funds once the coating plant has been successfully commissioned.

    Everyone loves battery technology if ATC has cracked the Silicon code, one 10ktpa plant will not be enough to cater for the global demand.
