Perth as well - my maximum speed is 112Mbps in the southern suburbs, but I see no point in paying $10/month more for another 50.
Maybe if I lived in a inner city flat I could get faster, but who wants to live in a flat?
I think maybe Eastern states are worse because they suffered from early installation under incompetent Labor.
