    Announcement states : " .... (the Company) issued 4,000,000 ordinary shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act. The securities are part of a class of securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX)...."

    Additionally there are 204 million options / performance shares, deeply in the money.
    if disposed after exercise, this supply will /does affect the SP.
