Spot on again IAM,

At the bottom of this post is an extract of an email I sent to the CFO back on 28/9/09 asking for better disclosure going forward.

I am rapt with the notifications since and My reason for the confidence I have had.

Now we have had this many positive announcements I can assure you if this farmin didn't transpire they would be in for the biggest " Misleading and Deceptive Conduct " case you would ever see.
Probably kidding myself I had any influence on the reports but maybe the slightest in relation to the content being so informative. Compare this to the 25/9/09 and there is no comparison.

The Farmin anticipation was the reason for the spike in the first place so whilst some will try to resist and manipulate the share price between now and then please do so at your own Peril. Only good news ahead.

To state on the 17th September you were on track to complete the arrangement by 30th September and then in a less than informative update advise it will be complete in October ( no real when or why ) shows to me a lack of transparency for all parties concerned. The announcement itself is fine just the lack of detail was frustrating. I appreciate you may be happy with the announcement, I just ask you to take on the feedback.



I say this as a number 1 rule for all CEOs', CFOs' in the business, is Shareholders should not receive surprises. Surely another few lines to advise we are on track and there "will" be a Farm in Partner would have been reasonable. That would be in line with previous statements and of comfort to all concerned.

An extra few lines would have been all the difference and saved me the time to send this email and yours in responding. My apologise if you see this as a whine but I have spent many hours researching your stock and believe in the MEO story and so now ask for considered releases going forward that continue to promote your company into one of the real "Success stories of 09 and beyond".
