Normally institutions are passive in their approach. However they could also be swayed if canvassed.The SPP money is for the drilling which was given as the main reason. To have received the money and not drilled or used sparingly on it is deceptive, especially when they took all the trouble to mapp everything out on the tenements.
They claimed Tolerno North and South has a conductor which is prospective, why don't they drilled the hell out of it to see what they have got.To give himself a couple of pay rises when investors are hurting is an extremely low act by Allchurch.
