it will move when they put out the plan for mining and expected dates and costs. If they get final approvals which I think are now overdue (nov the quarterly said) and they publish their plan saying 6-8 month build from jan 2022, Aisc $1500 an ounce on 60k ounces and $25mil to get into production then everybody can clearly do the maths and start buying. Esp when they say they already have the $25mil funded .. so that risk is gone.
