IMO The Co broken up and sold off. With the BHP deal the normal shareholder will only see money (value) for the railway deposit. The other tenements will quietly slide into the hands of other Co's that Management have substantial holding. UMC shareholder will not see 1 more cent from the other assetts.
Bingo share price goes up more money for these guys...
