Many of the events listed are down not to crowd behavior but cheap construction materials and technigues and if you look at some of the countries listed its not hard to imagine.
Stands and railing dont 'just' fall down due to people misbehaving etc
Ibrox stadium 1971 66 people were crushed to death,not due to crowd behavior, but due absolutely to poor construction design to limit large crowd movement in any one direction. Hence the reason crowds have since been limited and seated I was there and watched it happen and it was not pretty
