    I have been of the view with AEU along with IIF that a capital raising would not be in the best interest of shareholders. And that if they are able to do it, stay in breach and keep paying the penalty rates as long as they are reducing debt organically (through rental income) and strategic asset sales.

    In two years time, the shareholding won't have been diluted and it will return to a higher dividend than before because of reduced debt and interest costs.

    Just got to be patient
