There does seem to be some feeling that an information vacuum is opening up - like some levers are being moved behind the scenes!

I have been in the room when a lawyer has done and said things that a normal human with a conscience would probably carry guilt for the rest of their life - done as if it was just like getting coffee. A trifle. So I inwardly flinched when I saw that. Of course no reason to assume this person is that way.

Ultimately I think the threat of a TO is reduced now as VYR said - so I hope they are brewing something re financing so the MC51 can just keep going.
