She's doing all the right things.
Holders doing what they do best 'holding'
Traders churning the same stock over and over at each level.
Small almost unoticable rises.
No big unsustainable bangs, therefore no risk of shooting stars.
Definite news hasn't even arrived yet, and the base 'launch pad' keeps rising (that's my favourite).
Volume is moderate and consistent (acceptable), since the big insane volume of a week or so ago.
