bongodrongo - I never claimed it was inner city, have always stated that people should be looking to the outer suburbs for cheaper homes.
As for using the term "home" I used that to encompass ANY dwelling you could occupy e.g. house, unit
Property may or may not be over priced that is a point of view - but many peoples expectations that are far to high. Start small trade up later.
