I will be interested to see where the zirconium fits in to the off-take equation. DW was in Europe (from memory) a few months ago and wasn't it Siemens(?) ALK had an MoU with?
From the SK perspective.... wouldn't they like to build upon their 20% ownership at the project level by capturing the value add of processing the ore to oxides? So they would finance the processing, sell oxides to ASM and ASM captures the margin on the metalisation? Then SK picks up the value add of producing the magnets?
It is a little convoluted but relieves ASM from much of the financing burden.
Just enjoying the speculation... happy to see how ASM solves the problem.
