the forgive and forget approach does not work for me and whilst a class action is the last resort we are left with very few other options. Not easy finding lawyers to tackle this lot. I always thought something was better than nothing and by burying heads in the sand and praying for this to be relisted is not going to cut it.
If ex-office holders can have their shares escrowed until a final outcome, I might see some light at the end of the tunnel. All I now see is ex-office holders walking away with the company without any consequences at all.
