It's been my experience that these TOs are often a 'done deal' before the news hits the market.
IMO ADN would be confident it can get over 66% within the first 1-2 weeks and then the stragglers follow suit.
I've seen private collectives mount their opposition and it generally fails as people accept the inevitable. In all just costing them more time/opportunity cost.
