Just tagging @2ic as we've had a little back and forth on sands recently. Certainly adds a whole other level of variables and complexity now. Big set back for the push into this new area of RE focus, as this was one of the more headline projects out there. I understand some clay and sands projects may well have some similar sort of land use issues. Even if projects might be economic, will they even get the go ahead.
