Is that a requirement under NZ or AU law? Is it the same in the US? I ask as I am not from a common law jurisdiction - in our country it is obligatory if asked on the GM - but here you can participate even if holding just one share - which I think is probably not the case in US given use of proxy voting
Because if that is the case with you (hope for not only AU/NZ but for all anglo saxon jurisdiction ) I'll have a lot of work to do in the future
