Part of my and other holders current failing interest in Rvr is due to the loose timeframes that they promote, they seem to have no definitive plan around any of the operations .... Herberton, Liontown, Hillgrove.

Rvr aspire to be a mid tier miner but in my view are still very much operating like a junior ... similar to a six year old soccer team all just running after the ball .... there’s very little structure, they offer no production guidance or costs to market, their timeframes are elastic at best, their information to market is unclear.

Whilst investors ( I being one of them ) maybe supportive, accept and be sympathetic to the shortcomings in the early years of operations if RVR truly want to be a mid tier miner they need to improve their strategy, their operational plan and be a bit more transparent to market imo. The board imo are either just along for the ride or too accepting of Mel’s decision making, rather than setting out a business plan and making the management be accountable to the parameters and timeframes. There seems to be very little expectation of accountability.

I do actually like the people involved but imo they need to rethink the whole Rvr strategy of their low tier mines, hand to mouth approach if Rvr is ever going to be that mid tier miner that benefits it’s investors ... well in my lifetime at least.
