I've been reading and looking at some videos of Monaco and their royalty lately. There was an interesting doco a while back on the missing documents of Princess Grace and her missing millions. Was she another victim of a foul plot? Back in her time Monaco was not a wealthy country at all. Now it attracts billionaires and millionaires from all over the world with zero income tax. Over 43 percent of the population there are wealthy millionaires.
