Has anyone noticed that the Annual Report shows the MD is on a wicket that says should his contract be terminated he has to be paid 3(Three) years of salary/remuneration unless the sacking is for gross misconduct.?

What has the MD done to date to inspire or get shareholders on board to think he is so strategic or indespensible to warant such a payout.? This just adds to other comments in this forum that talk about pyramids and PONZI schemes.

I am seriously thinking of exiting this stock because I just think they milk s/holders on a regular basis and dilute the base. I also bought into the SPP and thought I remember reading post the SPP that they were in a god position to fund their medium term plans. Now they surprise me with a private capital raising and further dilution. They are taking us all for a ride.
