oorain - that is exactly why they fall down. Not built to standard - humans behaving badly - check out Nairobi & the latest debarcle. Of course nature can add to the destruction by serving up the biggest tidal wave, earthquake, storm etc etc ever recorded by man - Man by the way does not record very much in Universal terms.
