what you clearly don't understand is that a positive test result means only that the person has been exposed to the virus. it doesn't imply that the virus has entered host cells and reproduced or is experiencing illness. there is no way to prevent exposure other than to use mask, hygiene, social distancing. the vaccine prevent reproduction and illness. this has been explained so many times that you must be aware of this fact.

That literally makes no sense. How can the test detect whether you've been exposed or not? As opposed to detecting infected cells in the nasal passageway caused by infection? Can you please explain this?
