Particularly when Lis is a scam set up to bleed money from one entity to another and creat a market for a product they own a patent on. The director sprukes the battery as if its not a sachel on a university lab bench but ready for production. A business man, not a professional. This as opposed to QPM with a clear plan run by an expert in the field of application.
