An asset sale of Indophil's shares in Sagittarius would ensure Indophil directors are still in the exploration/mining game.

I suppose it depends on how many IRN shares each Indophil director holds and what their individual plans are for the future. Hard decision to decide to end something that employs you and pays you an ongoing salary.
