re: on announcement add 20% Yes this stock is one to sit on for 1 to 2 years. I know of the mngt guys who previously worked for Memtec and are now at Pharmaxis and they took that company from less than 20 staff to 1200 before being taken over.
In terms of mngt I rate them highly.
