Am I reading correctly they tried to raise 6mil but could only get 2,5,
8mil is to come from the SPP although no one will take it up unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat. Who knows they may repay shareholders....had to laugh while writing that. So attempt to raise 14mil and will be lucky to get 5
