Looks like they've done what they can to defend the SP by a form of pro-rating based on holdings. I'm happy with that solution and suspect it has helped the SP already as I don't hold a lot of expectation of secrecy.
(As to a guess on gradations I had an extra one at $7,500 but who's counting).
Of course, the real thing that matters is if they deliver on project goals.
