Orocobre has a supply agreement with Prime Planet Energy & Solutions for lithium carbonate and -hydroxide I think. They will probably eventually buy most of Orocobre's lithium hydroxide from Naraha I guess, because the product degrades and can't be shipped around for too long before being used for batteries. A more competitive costumer will likely buy more lithium hydroxide in the future.
