Just my opinion - think this is very positive. Dr Mair has a PhD in economic geology. Simplistically - Here’s a potential mine will it be economic to exploit it? Mr Mamadou’s skill set can simplistically viewed as - Got an economically exploitable mine site, next steps are to develop and finance it. Complementary skills.
So Mamadou takes Kvanejfeld through the next steps while Mair is freed up to look for additional exploitable sites. Australia?
