MAN shareholders are facing a difficult decision. The current board does not seem exploring, worse not even communicating with shareholders. If an EGM is called by some large shareholders it is possible that the current board will get voted out. As you have explained, the difficulty is getting a new board with the right experience, commitment and knowledge. Otherwise the situation can be worse. Very sad for shareholders. Doomed if do nothing. Can be doomed if change.
On the other side, the project is still the project. It needs somebody with proper Ni-Cu-PGE experience to give it a hard crack. Investment in exploration is a high risk business. I believe people can accept project risk. However this is a board that does not seem exploring.
