It would have been difficult to underwrite while the price was underwater, much easier now. These CR's are a dilemma. The company needs money for payrolls etc but they allow investors to get aboard without paying the premium that on market buyers would entail. Here I am paying $8.50 or so and they get a fee ride at $8. I am not pleased but I understand the need. Let us hope that we don't have a single employee who isn't essential to keep afloat, and no "nice to haves"
