yeah their rentention rate would be another question which they probably won't say - but seeing flat customer numbers a few quarters back been fairly flat and then the removal from reporting does raise some questions. the company does sound like it had a lot 0f very small customers and a few other ones with the hope of getting the bigger fish now so retention rate em at lower but if the average spend increases then it's the smaller customer that are leaving for whatever reason not the bigger. these guys are in the beginning of a transitional period this time next year we will know for more certainty where it's heading . the Google partner ship revenue ain't going to kick in till 2nd quarter next year . I will send a draft of figures maybe next weekend of my thoughts - the growth rate of fremium customers , how it's calculated and conversion rate as well as average spend expected would help with a more accurate figure
