    Towie, The article basically says that Bronte Capital are going to sue BBI for lack of disclosure relating to corporate debt holders having higher claim to assets held, which were thought to be secured to Beppas.
    It sounds like a bit of a bluff to try and get more for Beppas which I expect they hold.
