We could pay off our entire debt if we so wish, but being debt free isn't really a necessary goal for a growing company. But we could. So my take on this (speculation), is that our Japanese creditors would agree to a change in current agreement allowing LYC to pay divies.
We are midst a big transition though, so I don't think it will happen until Kal is safely up and running. My guess it will come up the agenda come 2023 if everything goes well.
