only PG’s comment on “news on the pipeline” would give them lots of headache, LD/PG selling their shares right after the BoA announcement at around $9.15 the sp never seeing that high again since then is also suspicious.
Delta hedge of their investment partner “BOA” is knowingly shorting the stock and news and announcement flow stopping ever since they engaged with BoA is also very fishy.
