    it seems that LLC is not able to place the LLP "passive" assets in its new stapled trust.

    ex SMH today:
    "....At Lend Lease’s annual investor day in Melbourne yesterday, the new finance director, Brad Soller, said the stapled structure will provide flexibility for the company to hold passive assets in the future, but confirmed existing company assets cannot be transferred to the trust, including any of the Prime Life assets. "
