    Cash is even worst than thought.

    Cash = $39.5mil - $21mil (Tranche 1 already paid) = $18.5mil

    Current Real cash after Committed cash = $18.5mil - $21mil (Tranche 2 due in March/April ?) = -$2.5mil real cash.

    -$2.5mil is the current REAL negative cash unless they do a Capital Raise.

    The actual position is worst as IOU currently is consuming circa $1mil per quarter ?
