I think you would have to say DUG is a speculative stock, one that might go up and/or down. Investing 30% of your portfolio in speculative stocks is not really a good strategy. It can lead to big losses if you ever need the money. You need a solid diversified base of stable companies to protect you from big losses.
I bought at $1.17, but this is only 3% of my portfolio. I can afford to wait a bit and hope that the price recovers.
